Supposedly CDC.gov survey on vaccinations. Call back # given as 877-220-4805 I'm listed in the do not call registry, however they may have an exemption. The CDC site does confirm they are making calls. I'm not interested!

Major Dad reported number as Survey

08/16/23 I received a caller ID# 1-404-806-4812. Female id herself as from CDC and they were doing a survey. I asked how she got my phone number and I did contact anyone from the CDC. I think she was in shock. There was a long pause. Next, I told her that I didn't solicit anything from the CDC and please don't call.

Called multiple times and when picked up silence. I called back and someone said it was a college surging immunizations and I asked them to remove my number. Will see if persists.

NO caller ID displayed. Prerecorded message stated it's CDC requesting a call back for immunization survey. Suspect scam to obtain personal information.

(404)806-4812; This is a legetimate survey sponsored by the CDC about Covid-19 immunizations. You can find out more information on the WWW.CDC.GOV website. It lists this number as well as (404)806-4810 & (404)806-4811. If you have Caller ID it should read "CDC NATL IMMUN".

Said they were doing a survey about COVID from CDC. Asked how many children were in the home from 6 months to 4 years old. I hung up.

Same CD CHIT ! probably a scam or non-gov CDC (BIG PHRAMA ) trying to track done if you got the clot **** or NOT. I you talk to them, tell them you did so they leave you alone, THEY EXPECT YOU to be honest while THEY LIE like "HIL"!

Received 2 calls from this number in less that a half hour. First call left a prerecorded message stating that it was a survey from CDC about immunizations including COVID ******* and requested that I call back 1-877-220-4805 to participate in the survey. Nope not gonna!!!!!

When an unknown number like the one 4048064812 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
