Claimed to be from 'geek squad' stating that I have had alot of breaches on my laptop with people attempting to access my system. Knew my real name, but when I requested that he give me a number so I could call back, he gave a different number than the caller id and a different number than geek squad customer services. ONE PROBLEM, I dont give BESTBUY my business, so geeksquad doesnt have access to my computer!!!
Got a call this morning. I was at work so didn't answer. I don't call back unknown numbers, which I think is good behaviour because of possible unwanted costs. Some time ago I had call from similar number
