CID=NEW PARTNERS TE. no idea who these a-holes are, but they repeatedly ring into v-mail, never leaving any message. Several times a week, even after being blocked. Persistent & STUPID.
No message left by someone who completely hid their identity (just a blank field for the caller ID!) -- can't tell if they hung up on their own or was blocked or was a robocaller, but hung up after four rings. Complaints about this number dating back to 2014 (the main ones were that it was political spam or an IRS scam, but also that it was some sort of insurance fraud.
Called 3 days in a row at random times from late afternoon to early evening. I did not pick up.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 9/29/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
