I have received a few calls and texts from them claiming they are from the Center Processing System for student Loans. Apparently they have some type of forgiveness program if you owe more than $5,000 on student loans. The problem is that I owe $0 student loans therefore I believe it could be a scam.
Is anybody getting calls from the number 2027888089 ? Called me a few times recently but I didn't answer, I was at work. Do you think it's a good idea to call it back? to be honest, I'm afraid of any unwanted costs. Happened to me in the past.
