Caller ID said ""Potential Spam"" and call abruptly ended just before the answering machine could kick in (and I mean ""partway through the fifth ring"" abrupt...). Report on another site that it was the NRCC and that was how it came up on that person's phone. So, in other words, more than just the POTENTIAL of been spam....
Nuisance call since there is no message, the line remains silent. Rang twice around 9am today.
