It comes up on my phone as a “spam risk.” Call, leave no message. One comment said it was Pepco, however I live in an apartment all utilities included and Potomac Electric would not be calling me. I’m guessing it’s spam and recommending people don’t pick up. If it’s important, they’ll leave a message.
The caller ID says Potomac Electric. They did not leave a message. I did not answer. This nothing but a scam.
I would receive this phone number 2028722000 on my landline at home for the past month. They are calling mostly during the day time. The caller ID does not list who is calling other than the phone number. The caller would always hang up and not leave a voice message. I do not know how this person got my unlisted phone number. Maybe it is a telemarketer, even though my unlisted phone number is on the Do Not Call list.
