I've had this number call, "Washington, DC" with no CallerId. I suspect this is just calling numbers with a list of probably millions in serial order. I never get a VM. I've tried blocking it on my cell, and it doesn't work. I suspect the CDR (call detail record) initiating number is different than the one displayed.
I would receive this phone number 2029856872 on my landline at home for the past month. They are calling mostly during the day time. The caller ID does not list who is calling other than the phone number. The caller would always hang up and not leave a voice message. I do not know how this person got my unlisted phone number since my phone number is on the Do Not Call list.
