They called me, addressed me as "Mr C******" and told me that my warranty had expired, did a very convincing job of pretending that we already had a business relationship! But I remember whom I bought the furnace from, and it wasn't "Efficiency Home Services". One reason I feel they might be simply 'dodgy/sketchy' rather than an outright scam is that they called from the same number four times; seasoned scammers don't do that. I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing that if you extend your warranty with these people and need to make a claim, they become impossible to find. I did an Internet search, and I certainly can't find them.
