It is definitely a robocaller. It sounded very similar to one we get from ""Amazon"" when someone wants to discuss some account activity. Yeah, ok. Sure. I never answer calls if I do not recognize the number. If it is someone I need to talk to, they can leave a message. Since the recording began apparently when the voicemail message picked up, most of it was cut off. The part that did get recorded was the directive ""Call to discuss this matter.""
Someone called me from the number 2062310289 . After the phone stopped ringing and went to Voice Mail, they hung up and didn't leave any voice message. I suggest not to answer the phone when the caller phones you. The caller may want to know what the time/day you pick up the phone to know when you are at home, so they would know when to call you again. Quite suspicious
