This is one of those scam/spoof calls. The scam caller spoofs this phone number which is from Jeff C Miller 6270 W Mercer Way, Mercer Island, WA 98040. The caller tried to confuse the receiver by listing/spoofing the phone number as 2062327483 which makes people think the phone is from Mercer Island, WA. Caller ID also indicated as V20310530900107. Thus, you know this phone is not local and the caller is trying to hide the real number. Why doesn't the caller want people to know where the phone call's real location is? This is a scam; please do not pick up your phone. If you pick up your phone, the scammer knows your number is active, and they will list your number as caller's ID just like what this does over here at this call. The 718 area code number is a senior citizen. The poor guy may not even know his number has been used by a scammer. Do you want your number to be used by those scammers as their caller number? I don't think so. So don't pick up your phone for this scammer.
