Because of the timing of two events, being contacted by the govt. regarding destroyed mail from Blaine WA and then this phone call from Seattle threatening arrest warrant, it is my suspicion these scammers scan legal notifications and then follow up with their fleecing phone calls. I don't answer unknown numbers.
Received a call from this number today. I did not answer but the message said arrest warrants were going out unless I called another number (206-864-2147).
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 5/8/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
