As others have said, one ring then VM from Josh re refinancing. The number 206-513-2816 is assigned to Sunil A. Bawa, Director of Aquisitions of Homestead Road, a real estate company in Minnesota. Either he is scamming, or ""Josh"" has spoofed his phone number.
Appears to be a phishing scam. Caller ID identifies it as ""Potential Spam"" and number does not appear to be connected to a legit business when searched. As in previous reports here, phone rang once before going into voicemail. Caller states his name is Josh without mentioning the business he supposedly represents and then falsely claims we've spoken previously about refinancing property (total BS). We don't know him, have never spoken with him, and have not sought refinance info/services. He sounds familiar as we may have received other calls from him or similar. Although lit was ikely from a different ""local"" number previously since we always block such calls numbers.
Same as some else said. It was Josh and he said we spoke some time ago about a refinance. We did not. He also called at 11p at night. I have my phone set to silent at that time so it he went to voice mail thank goodness.
