I received this voicemail on my personal cell phone: ""Executed by the US treasury - Intending[ed?] your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate, judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offence. This is the final attempt to reach you. To resolve this issue immediately and to speak to a federal agent call back number 206 785 7068."" It appears that this sort of call has been around for a while, and continues to be a popular way to scam folks out of money.
Caller left voicemail saying by neglecting this call I would be prosecuted for a federal offence.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 6/29/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
