Most likely phising like other recent scams. Says your card will be charged unless you call them back within 24 hours and hanging up = approval for the charge. The goal is to get you on the phone and get a card number and other personal info from you. There is no actual charge at the time of the call
Left me a message saying my checking account or a card will be billed for 399 dollars
When an unknown number like the one 2082032831 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
