Left a voicemail to call back to talk about income tax status.
They left a message about our student loan and changes that were going to be made. Gave a student reference number to use when calling back. I am contacting my loan rep directly instead of calling this number back to be on the safe side.
Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 5/7/2020
