This number called me (8/11/2020) and left message that I was going to be sued. Called them back and was told that several criminal complaints were being filed against my SSN by the FBI and that my SSN was going to be inactivated. Filed complaint with Social Security OIG.
This is definitely a social security scam. I've dealt with these scams many times before from all kinds of numbers. I will usually call them out for being a scam which leads to them threatening to send the police to my door (I ask them to verify my address so I can make sure they go to the right house, which obviously they can't do) or they just hang up.
Same here. This was a machine call from social security fraud. Call back using Gmail, so that it doesn't have your number. Make that person pick up the phone and waste his time.

I got a call from this number, it was a machine message telling me that they were going to take legal action due to social security fraud. Which makes not sense to me. Seems scketchy.
