Same as mist above - voicemail appears to start mid sentence and says I must call back and ignoring the message would be taken as no appearance?? No mention of who they were even claiming to be or what they claimed m I need to appear for.
Called 7 times in two days. Identified themselves as Social Security Administration and said I was REQUIRED to return call. Indicated that my identity was being used by someone under indictment by DEA for money laundering. Wanted all bank account and credit card information before transferring my call to the DEA to try and clear my name. Hung up when I demanded to speak to a supervisor. II
Called 09/30/2020 12:18PM - number identified as ""potential spam"". Also 11:09AM, number showing ""Lodi,CA"" & 1 other call just today. I have all calls sllenced that aren't in my contact, so number went to voicemail - no voicemail left on this one. So headed to the blocked list. I’ve received 7 calls in 2 days, so far, from this number (209) 340-4572. A strange message is left. It starts as though mid sentence and demands I return the call. If I don’t, “it will be considered as non appearance.” Same foreign sounding man’s voice. Who is selling our phone numbers? So aggravating.
I would receive this phone number 2093404572 on my landline at home for the past month. They are calling mostly during the day time. The caller ID does not list who is calling other than the phone number. The caller would always hang up and not leave a voice message. I do not know how this person got my unlisted phone number. Maybe it is a telemarketer, even though my unlisted phone number is on the Do Not Call list.
