The voicemail said "that I applied for a $75,000 loan a few days ago and time was about to expire. It could be used to pay off high-interest loans." First of all, I did not apply and all of my credit scores are locked. I don't have any loans and I pay all my credit cards as soon as they post a statement.
They knew my name but couldn't give me an address that they sent me a pre-approval for a $75,000 loan. Typical boiler room scam. He just hung up on me when I questioned him.
