Trying to elicit an emotional response by opening with someone sobbing then saying they were in a crash/accident - some guy then taking the phone and asking me questions in relation to the person but wouldn't agree to call 911. Most likely a scam. Hung up on me after they realized they weren't likely getting anywhere when I kept asking the caller for information. Wouldn't tell me a name, for example, or even answer why they wouldn't call 911 if this was an emergency... very suspicious and I've heard of scammers doing this before where they pretend it's an emergency, and try to get you to send money somewhere... be careful.
