Absolutely a scam. Said they were with the DEA and my SSN is being suspended, that I was the subject of an ongoing federal investigation that I was engaged in suspicious activities in the San Antonio Texas area within the last 6 months. I have not been anywhere near Texas in the last 6 months!
Definitely scammer. I've talked to one of them. Once he got caught, he was very nasty.
Said it was the DEA and there was suspicious activity connected to my SSI and to call them back immediately.
This number 2106605286 called me yesterday when I was driving. Then it called me again in the morning but I was at work and couldn't answer it. I was trying to call back several times but the line was engaged. I'm sure they will call me again but I feel it's a telemarketer.
