This number called twice today and the last one was after 830 pm. If it’s a bill collector, the are not suppose to call after a certain time. I fortunately have my phone set to not answer phone calls that are not saved in on phone book.

Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 8/25/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
