yes i got two calls from san antonio texas, one about software and one about illegal activities. Most certainly its spam.
I didn't answer so they left a recorded message to call before legal proceedings would be started. The earlier comment regarding if someone is going to take you to court, they don't leave a call is correct--they file a complaint with the Court and you receive a summons. Frustrating how many scammers are using such scare tactics on innocent people.
They keep calling me from the same area code with different numbers. They do leave a message to call them back before they start legal proceedings. This is such a bad scam. If you someone is going to take you to court they don't call. They send you a certified letter, or the Deputy Sheriff stops by your house a Zero Dark Thirty with a subpoena.
When an unknown number like the one 2109421531 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
