Leaves a message that your ""credit card"" has been charged $299 for an on-line subscription and if you want a refund they provide a 2107949115 number to cancel the subscription and refund the $299. Expect the number provided to connect to an overseas number that can charge many many dollars per minute. Overseas numbers are completely unregulated so they can charge what they want. Alternatively, they are trying to get enough information to RIP YOU OFF. Total scam so not answer and NEVER NEVER call the number they give.
