I have received calls from 213-513-5027, with no message or conversation, at least once a week, for a few months. After about 15 seconds it hangs up. It is supposedly unknown who and where this number operates out of but knowing that all our phone companies scan and store all our calls and conversations for the government I know they could track this call. It's not in the phone companies interest, whoever the carrier is, since someone is paying for this number every month, whether as a single line or as a bundled account with several lines. I will attempt to block this number through my carrier. Used to be able to do that from my phone but can't seem to anymore.
