213-666-2762 I checked this number on line and it comes back to Gerald A Dominguez, He has sent me text messages saying that I am past due on "Toll money" for DECEMBER! Funny thing is that I have Epass and my account is good! His text message also included a link to click on in order to pay it by the 20th of this month which is January . LOL! This guy isn't getting a penny from me! BEWARE!
