municipal services bureau, they collect for hospitals, other medical places, and toll roads.

Got a call from this number claiming they do work for the courts. The line went mute then I heard it being transferred else where. I had to ask twice where she was calling from since I couldn’t understand what she said. “something services” I asked what it was, she sounded annoyed to explain, but said they solve problems for the court LOL. She asked if I was the person she was asking for as she stated my full name... so I hung up and blocked them. I have no issues with court and so it was too weird to be legit

Called me saying that a ticket was transferred to their system in my name and that they can take my payment right now over the phone. Didn’t even say who they were. I don’t have tickets and I also don’t live in 214 area, BLOCKED.

Phone rang for the second time with this number so I answered. There was a pause, then a phone ringing like I had dialed the number instead of someone calling me. A very static-y female voice asked to speak to someone. I told her she had the wrong number and hung up. I'm blocking. Don't know who it is, but no one I know.

Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 5/13/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
