I was called and told that it was for a loan that my husband had not paid back. They new my home address and the last 4 digits of is SSN. When I told them that my husband had a stroke and had no memory and they said it was from a few year ago. I said well send me the paperwork in the mail and I will look into because I will not pay anything over the phone that I know nothing about. Their response was I am not sending paperwork that has already been sent, so I am calling the sheriffs office and issuing a warrant for his arrest...stroke or not he is going to be arrested.. Well I called back and got a gentleman this time told him how rude the lady I spoke with was. That she would not even offer to send me paperwork stating what this supposed debt was..and he again very rudely said that the warrant had already been issued and that bond would be 5,000 and I could hash it out with the lawyers and courts. Threats and intimidation. The law needs to go after these peeps.
They called me today saying it was for a pre trial investigation... press one to speak to a representative. I hung up and blocked the #...
Called me twice in one day, when I answered each time no one was said anything. Waste of my time. They called from the 2157702660 . Today 6/15/2020 early in the morning
