I signed up for CSU Alerts through an app years ago, this is the phone number they call with whenever there is a robbery/threat around the university, it's basically an automated safety alert.
This number 2168759800 called me yesterday when I was driving. Then it called me again in the morning but I was at work and couldn't answer it. I was trying to call back several times but the line was engaged. I'm sure they will call me again but I feel it's a telemarketer.
