I also received a call that a charge in the amount of $399 was added to my bank card. (This was a recording and not an actual person). I checked my bank card through the proper channels and it was fine. This is a scam trying to obtain information.
left msg identifying themselves as Global IT Services (recorded voice) that bank account or plastic card being charged $399 and to hang up to authorize. To cancel charge, call the # back within 24 hours. No such services ordered. Do not call back.
