"Hi, this is Makenzie, and I'm a Homeowner's Associate with Consumer Council . . . " after that, the line goes quiet and auto disconnected at 11 seconds. CC, aka Senior Aid Helper, is a fictitious name for a foreign LLC in Clearwater, FL. The company completely ignores the DNC, cherry-picks which sections of the TCPA they will comply with, and downright harasses me on a daily basis--to the point I know when they have hired someone new. Each call they make if you are on the DNC is potentially worth $1,500. Talk to an attorney. I have.
Two days ago on the 6/21/2021 this number 2173360116 tried to call me. I answered the phone but there was nobody on the other side. I decided to call it back but we were cut off. I thought it was a problem with connection so I called it again but this time the number 2173360116 was engaged. If it is something important, I'm sure they will call me again
