Scam trying to charge you $299 once you answer and give them your credit info.

They said they are from microsoft or global it solutions and wanted me to log into my computer and provide them information. A request for a supervisor was denied and told me to f**k off when I asked for additional information. I think this is a scam.

When an unknown number like the one 2174713257 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
