I never answer calls from numbers I do not know and did not answer this one. However, they eft a message which started with some music and singing that appeared to be from some place like Pakistan. Then the recording said that the call was to authorize payment for a computer purchase from Amazon that was over $1000 and that if I did not authorize this purchase I was supposed to "Press 1 to speak to a customer service representative." This call was obviously fraudulent as I always make purchases from Amazon using a debit card. If I have the money in the account, the purchase will go through, if I don't, the purchase will not be approved. There would be no need for anyone to call me to have the purchase appraised or play goofy music on my phone. An obviously fraudulent call.
