I returned the call, someone answered and asked me for my name and last 4 SSN numbers. I think it’s a fraud too.

I believe this number is a fraud number trying to scare people into calling them back. It was 1/2 a message. Recorded voice and it said something about a 'legal case' which if it isn't cleared up could lead to a warrant against me or I might get arrested.
