I answered a call at work that left a message to call this number immediately to discuss a legal case, and states that if they don't hear from you, there may be a warrant out for your arrest.
When an unknown number like the one 2314622334 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
