Scam caller, do not call them back, delete block number, Know your laws in your state, learn and dont answer these calls, they can threaten all they want, but bottom line they dont have a leg to stand on and if they try anything they will be in jail fast.

As of today, the phone number has been searched 261 times. It's difficult to stop a scam phone caller, but you should always at least block the phone number.

No one ever shows up to deliver these documents and each call has originated from a phone in another state. If you have received these calls, I suggest you not return the call. It is not real. It is another scam in a series of scams. How do I know? As a former process server I can tell you, if there are indeed legitimate legal documents pending against you and you are to be served with legal papers, you will typically receive some type of certified notification by mail informing you of a suit filed against you. Legitimate process servers generally do not call to let you know they are coming to serve you with legal process. The element of surprise meets their needs so you will not know they are coming and therefore avoid being there to receive the documents. Just a tip.
