No doubt it is a SCAM. The phone number seems odd; perhaps a computer generated number. Here is the scam message that included 2 Hot-Links: “On your last bill,we double charged you due to a system issue. We apologies for the “the 1st hot link that started with ‘trouble………’” is your return: “the 2nd hot link that started with ‘bit……..’” Rgrs”
