Left a voicemail on my cellphone claiming to be aware that I had purchased a property in southwest Florida in the last month (not true), and offering to put me on their exclusive list of real estate investors. Did not identify themselves with a company name, but claimed to have access to many unlisted investment properties which I would be able to purchase if I joined their customer list. I did not respond, but I'm sure there would have been a hefty fee if I wanted to be on their ""exclusive list.""
