I called back and a guy answered the phone. I told him that I don't have or ask for a student loan. He ask me if the last 4 digit is my cell phone number. Thats it. Don't know who are these people.

Someone called me from the number 2403357076 . After the phone quits ringing and goes to Voice Mail they hung up and didnt leave any voice message. I suggest to not answer the phone when the caller phones you. The caller may want to know what time/day you pick up the phone to know when you are home, so they would know when to call you again.
