I never answer calls from numbers not saved in my phone unless it's from my current area. (I live in Nevada but have a Maine number so I get alot of scam calls with Maine area codes) The vm was half cut off and it said the same as people are stating here, about proceedings and such.
Left a voicemail "" When you get this message kindly call back at the earliest possible on our number before we begin with the legal proceeding that is 251-450-8163"". Definitely a robot
Told me that action was going to be done against me in regards to my social security number. Robot.
Left a voicemail but it was partially cut off. Told me they would begin legal proceedings if I didn't call the number back. Definitely a robot; not calling them back.
When an unknown number like the one 2514508163 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
