Appeared to be characteristic of a robocall. The phone rang once. Since my number is on the National, State and Local Do Not Call (DNC) List, this is all done by auto-dialers now. They are either scammers or bill collectors that have an auto dialer that checks the DNC list electronically while dialing the telephone number. If the number is on the list it hangs up immediately to avoid fines and lawsuits (As in my number). If it is a good number (does not appear on a filter of lists not to call, ie Govt, business' etc) once the call is connected then the person using this service comes on the line and speaks to you or could possibly be an automated msg whatever... I hope this helps
Called me twice in one day, when I answered each time no one was said anything. Waste of my time. They called from the 2543200528 . Today 6/5/2020 early in the morning
