I answered. They were selling car insurance.
Received twice, they tried both back to back. Once with the traditional single 1 before my area code the following time they added an additional ""1"" like this ""11"" followed by area code. I doubt it was misdialed that way since it was on the 2nd attempt, seconds behind the first that they did this.. I think it indicates likely an international caller off-shore scam who is fishing & if so, they're showing a phony caller ID number & kids can do that with free apps these days. I blocked.
