""Please rate the performance of the customer service rep."" Scale of 1-5, 1 being low, 5 being highest rate. Then whether or not they resolved your issue.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 4/27/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
