did not answer unknown number it left a message but all they said was the last four numbers of their phone these scammers probably get paid if the call is unanswered and they supposedly leave a message

called number 3 times 1st got was sounded like hello, quick hang up. 2nd hung up on me. 3rd person said I owed 99.99 tried to scam. He didn't give a company name or any ID and hung up quickly. I called my CC companies to make them aware then made a call to police to make them aware. I tried to contact the phone company. Forget it they are impossible to deal with as they are considered a utility and utilities are God. Well they think so.
