Robo Call from PECO to inform that USPS delays may result in a bill arriving after the due date, and that late fees would be waived. Did not answer, but they left a robo voice mail.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 3/19/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
