It gave a highlighted area for me to click on. I did not do that as I was unfamiliar with the number, and I do not have an outstanding bill. I have never heard of Athena Health and cannot find anywhere that it is connected to Memorial Hermann. Besides, Memorial Hermann has their own payment portal. I believe that this is a scam.

I received a text message this my morning from tel:1-281-343-3435-I never respond to any number that I DO NOT KNOW. Block this number. Better safe than sorry
I picked up but no one responded so I am assuming that it is some form of auto-connect on voice system, I had music in background which may have confused it. No idea yet if it is nuisance sales type call or criminal spam, will report if it calls again.
