ID says call was a Sugar Land, TX number. I personally don't know anyone local to me who is from TX that still has a TX number. They called, waited until after my voicemail started recording, didn't say anything (it was just silent), and eventually hung up. That part was weird, but who knows, maybe they were hands-free or something. Only called once so far, so I'm suspecting it was just a wrong number.
This number 2819684486 called me yesterday and early this morning. I thought it was something important. I'm returning this call now but there is no answer. I'm trying again and now it seems I'm losing the connection. Pretty strange. I think I will ignore this number.
