Real jerk. Called and wanted the business owner. In a meeting. Go interrupt him, we were supposed to be on a call 10 minutes ago. Owner had no clue who he was. Asked for more info. He delayed and then said ""confidential legal matter"" - I told him he would have to leave a message & he hung up.
Called at my business today. Said his name was Brandon and insisted on speaking to the owner. He became upset when I said I could put him into voicemail and then indicated I would be reprimanded later.
