Caller said his name was Ralph from the Mix 101 and they would be reading off names on the air and if you hear your name and call in, you can win up to $1000 of your paycheck. Then he asked for my name and that doesn't sit right with me...you call my business cell phone...I'm working, why would I be listening to the radio while working? I checked the phone number on the website for the radio station and didn't see it so I said nah, sorry and hung up. I don't trust anyone just randomly calling and asking for my name, etc. And I don't get paid enough that winning would make a difference.
Someone called me from the number 312-586-7934 . After the phone stopped ringing and went to Voice Mail, they hung up and didn't leave any voice message. I suggest not to answer the phone when the caller phones you. The caller may want to know what the time/day you pick up the phone to know when you are at home, so they would know when to call you again. Quite suspicious
I picked up but no one responded so I am assuming that it is some form of auto-connect on voice system, I had music in background which may have confused it. No idea yet if it is nuisance sales type call or criminal spam, will report if it calls again.
Got a call from this phone number 312-586-7934 today in the morning, they left no message. It is risky to answer unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anything important, they will leave a message on voice mail.
I don't know how many times this number 3125867934 called me. I think it keeps calling since last week . In the beginning they called me in the morning but yesterday in the afternoon. Maybe they want to check which part of the day I am able to answer the phone. Strange
