call received 2x's the person stated he was from the Department of Health in Puerto Rico and calling to ask about Covid Related questions. I asked what type of questions were needed he did say some personal info was needed and I refused to answer any he stated he understood and 2 days later I got another call back from the same person. Blocked number.

This number called on April 5, 2022, and I answer. They were asking questions about inside my household. When they asked about my income I hung up the phone. It just didn't feel right.

States they were from the CDC, registered in Illinois, the CDC is in Atlanta. Asking personal information about household.

Two days ago on the 1/17/2022 this number 3128714247 tried to call me. I answered the phone but there was nobody on the other side. I decided to call it back but we were cut off. I thought it was a problem with connection so I called it again but this time the number 3128714247 was engaged. If it is something important, I'm sure they will call me again
