This is a spammer who has called me 4 times in 1-1/2 weeks (A/O 4/14/21). Nomorobo has the number in its database and cuts off the call after the 1st ring.
Someone called me from the number 3145978181 . After the phone quits ringing and goes to Voice Mail they hung up and didnt leave any voice message. I suggest to not answer the phone when the caller phones you. The caller may want to know what time/day you pick up the phone to know when you are home, so they would know when to call you again.
